1. Agreement and scope

By accessing this website or using a covered connected service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service.

“AICreator,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to AICreator Studio. These Terms apply only to the studio website, messages sent through the website's email flow, and connected marketing services expressly described here.

Downloading, purchasing, subscribing to, or using an AICreator mobile app is governed by that app's separate terms, privacy policy, app-store license, and purchase conditions.

2. Website use

AICreator grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access the public website for lawful personal or business evaluation. You may not:

• violate law, a contract, or another person's rights;
• interfere with, overload, attack, or bypass the website or its security controls;
• scrape, copy, or systematically extract website content except as allowed by law or written permission;
• misrepresent an affiliation with AICreator or use the site for fraud, spam, harassment, or other abuse; or
• introduce malware, malicious code, or automated traffic that disrupts normal operation.

3. Website content and intellectual property

The website, including its text, visual design, graphics, logos, names, product descriptions, and other studio materials, is owned by AICreator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and link to public pages. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, or create a misleading derivative of website materials without permission, except where law expressly permits.

Product descriptions are general information. The applicable app listing and the product's own terms describe the currently offered product and control if website copy becomes outdated.

4. Messages and feedback

The website contact form opens your email application. You are responsible for the information you choose to send and confirm that you have the right to send it. Do not send passwords, private keys, payment-card details, or material you are not authorized to disclose.

If you voluntarily submit product feedback or suggestions, AICreator may use them to evaluate or improve the studio's work without restriction or compensation. This does not transfer ownership of unrelated personal or confidential material in your message.

5. Connected marketing services

AICreator may allow an authorized account operator to connect a third-party marketing account through that provider's authorization process. The operator must have authority over the account and remains responsible for the content and actions they approve.

Pinterest

A connected Pinterest workflow is limited to the permissions shown during authorization. Each Pin must be selected or approved by the account operator before publication. Approved content must comply with applicable law, these Terms, Pinterest's terms, and Pinterest's developer rules.

An account operator must not use the connection to:

• publish content the operator does not have the right to use;
• mislead, impersonate, spam, harass, or violate platform rules;
• bypass platform limits or access data outside the approved scopes; or
• use connected-platform data for an unrelated purpose.

AICreator may stop a connection when authorization is revoked, credentials expire, the provider changes or disables its API, or continued operation creates a legal, policy, security, or operational risk.

6. Third-party services and links

The website may link to app stores, social platforms, service providers, and other third-party websites. A connected service also depends on its provider's API, account, and platform terms. AICreator does not control a third party's independent service, content, availability, security, or privacy practices.

7. Availability and changes

AICreator may update, suspend, or discontinue the website or a connected service for maintenance, security, legal, platform, provider, operational, or business reasons. AICreator does not guarantee permanent availability, uninterrupted operation, or compatibility with every browser or third-party platform.

8. Disclaimers and consumer rights

Except for warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded, the website and connected services are provided “as is” and “as available.” AICreator does not promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms limits a non-waivable warranty, remedy, or consumer right that applies where you live.

9. Privacy

The AICreator Privacy Policy explains how information is handled by this website and covered connected services. Mobile-app information is governed by each app's separate privacy policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

AICreator may update these Terms when the website, connected services, or legal requirements change. The dates at the top identify the current version. Changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date.
